Nike's late-'90s and early-2000s basketball designs were some of its strangest, and we mean that as a compliment. The Women's First Sight Shadow takes that experimental period as a starting point, bringing back the sculptural, almost alien-looking shapes that made models like the Foamposite so interesting.
The Gridiron and Black upper features a molded synthetic shell with Metallic Silver details and a slip-on construction. Underneath, a foam midsole and court-inspired rubber outsole keep the basketball references going. Not exactly subtle, but we wouldn't want it to be.
